We live in a world that moves unbelievably fast, where we are all under pressure to work harder, faster and longer and unfortunately many of us pay little attention to our health until something goes wrong.  Making time for ourselves, taking some time to relax, take stock and improve our overall mental and physical wellbeing helps to provide balance within body and mind and encourages our body's own healing mechanisms, enabling us to cope better with illness, stressful situations and day to day life.
