Alison Sheff  (PRM)

Each year, I undertake high quality training and development which allows me to bring a variety of skills, techniques and new therapies to my practice to benefit my clients.

I graduated in Reflexology having trained with David Wayte, Principle of Jubilee College and the first Reflexologist in the UK to be made a Member of the Royal Society of Medicine.

I have also trained with Sally Kay BSc(Hons) and Expert Adviser to the Federation of Holistic Therapists to become a Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) Practitioner. RLD is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet with a focus to help sufferers of Lymphoedema.  This is an area of specific interest to me and I have also trained in Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

Having spent 16 years in the training industry I found myself having to make some significant life choices in order to take care of my own physical and mental health. The positive benefits I gained through having Reflexology and other complementary therapies, created the drive and passion in me to develop a business that enables me to help others benefit from these amazing therapies.

The reality is that most of us don’t acknowledge the level of pressure we put ourselves under, or consider how stress has the ability to trigger a variety of symptoms that can have a profound impact on our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.  Making time to care for ourselves must be a priority.
